Car accidents involving teens in Franklin County are definitely tragic, but sadly are not unheard of -- in fact, they are fairly common. The reasons behind the frequency of accidents involving young drivers are numerous. First and foremost, teens are less experienced behind the wheel. They simply do not have the hours of behind the wheel experience a more seasoned driver possesses. However, that may not afford them much slack when they are involved in a crash that is deemed by police to be their fault. This is true regardless of the age of the driver found at fault. A recent accident in neighboring Marysville is one such case.

The Ohio Supreme Court, in DOMINISH v. NATIONWIDE INSURANCE COMPANY, held that person seeking homeowner's insurance coverage had to to file suit within one (1) year, which, unfortunately, had not been done, such that there was no available insurance.
